Job summary

Walmart in Pueblo, CO is seeking a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to lead and repair our facility's refrigeration systems. You will work with store teams to maintain and troubleshoot commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment, using hand and power tools, and digital devices.

Minimum qualifications include 10 years of experience in HVAC/refrigeration, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• Large-scale rack refrigeration experience.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certification for refrigerant handling.
• Hold a valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR.
• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills and tools.
• Use the work order system to manage repair work orders and document activities.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect and test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete training to operate equipment safely.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations per Walmart policy.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, climb ladders, and work at heights frequently.
