Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician for our local retail store in Colorado. The role supports and oversees repair of Refrigeration HVAC equipment across Walmart facilities, using commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills and various tools to complete tasks.

The ideal candidate has 10 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance, plus EPA Type I/II or Universal certification and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• Large-Scale Rack Refrigeration experience.
• EPA refrigerant handling certification (Type I/II or Universal).
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets.
• Receive and document repair work orders to support stores and associates.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete required training to operate equipment safely.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations per Walmart safety policies.
• Lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights.
