Job summary

Brixmor Employment Company LLC is seeking a Senior Property Manager reporting to the Director, Property Management. You will supervise daily management, maintenance and construction across properties up to 2 million sf, ensuring financial performance and compliance with codes.

The role requires strong negotiation, communication and project management skills. inclu des budgeting, capital projects, and coordination with national ancillary leasing teams.

Qualifications

• An undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• A minimum of five years of broad-based property management experience including time in the commercial/community shopping center industry.
• CSM or CPM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and supervise daily management, maintenance, and construction across multiple properties within an assigned portfolio.
• Manage NOI enhancement, expense management, and ancillary income opportunities.
• Oversee budgeting, capital project management, and coordination with national leasing teams.
• Ensure ADA, environmental, building, and construction code compliance; monitor energy usage.
• Respond 24/7 to tenant issues or property emergencies; supervise administrative staff.
