Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Five years of broad-based property management experience in shopping center/retail environments.
• CSM or CPM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Improve NOI through expense management and ancillary income opportunities.
• Conduct property visits to ensure shopping center standards and compliance.
• Manage capital projects, contractor supervision, and bid processes.
• Develop and manage property budgets and monthly variance reports.
• Ensure lease compliance, CAM, real estate tax, and insurance settlements.
