Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Project Architect to join our Retail team in New York. The role demands mastery of project delivery, coordination of design and construction documents, and strong client interaction across a variety of scales and international projects.

The candidate will lead design development, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development while upholding Arcadis’ standards of quality and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related design field is required with a Green Building certification
• 7+ years of related experience, actively working toward professional registration or equivalent
• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp and Creative Suite; knowledge of 3D modelling tools

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage project processes for small-to-mid scale projects and mid-to-large scale international projects
• Oversee work drawings, specifications, cost estimates and construction documents; manage CAD models and renderings
• Lead and mentor team members; manage client interactions and project financials; ensure on-time, within-budget delivery
