Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, analytics, or related field.
• Master's degree in business, finance, analytics, data science, or information systems preferred.
• 8-10 years experience in product management, analytics, or related disciplines with cross-functional initiatives.
• 3-5 years hands-on SQL and BI/analytical tools experience for regulated banking or wealth management products.
• Ability to develop product strategies, roadmaps, and business cases aligned with goals.
• Skill in driving the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch with project management tools.
• Knowledge of APIs, data flows, configurations, and dependencies to partner with engineering teams.
• Proficiency in SQL and building maintainable Power BI dashboards for analysis.
• Knowledge of data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Ability to evaluate portfolio performance, profitability, pricing models, and adoption metrics.
• Strong analytical abilities translating insights into executive recommendations without direct authority.
• Excellent written and communication skills for external contacts and vendors.
• Poise and tact to represent the credit union positively.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, discovery, development, implementation, and optimization of complex products.
• Develop roadmaps, business cases, requirements, and recommendations aligned with goals.
• Analyze product and financial performance to identify drivers and opportunities.
• Use SQL, Power BI, Excel to extract data, analyze performance, and develop dashboards and models.
• Translate needs into data, reporting, and integration requirements with Technology and data teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to support launches, testing, and post-launch optimization.
• Lead testing and validation activities with acceptance criteria and data validation.
• Identify market trends and inform portfolio decisions.
