Job summary

Funko, a leader in pop culture collectibles, seeks a Manager, Retail POS Insights & Analytics to turn POS, sell-through, inventory, and retail data into actionable insights.

You will partner with Product Planning, Sales, Demand Planning, Finance, and BI, build dashboards in Power BI, and present executive-ready recommendations.

This role is based at Funko's Everett HQ with options for nearby US locations. Strong analytics, storytelling, and AI-assisted tooling are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product planning, analytics, and consumer product organizations preferred.
• Experience in retail analytics, sales analysis, and business intelligence.
• Strong understanding of POS data, sell-through, inventory metrics, and retail KPIs.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills and dashboards development in BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze POS, sell-through, inventory, and retail performance data across accounts, categories, licenses, brands, and SKUs.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support planning and replenishment.
• Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Power BI, Excel, and Power Query.
• Use data modeling and DAX to improve reporting accuracy and speed.
• Prepare executive-ready summaries and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Product Planning, Sales, Demand Planning, Finance, and BI.
