Job summary

Funko is seeking a data-driven Manager, Retail POS Insights & Analytics in Everett to transform POS, sell-through, inventory, and retail data into strategic insights. You will partner with Product Planning, Sales, Demand Planning, Finance, and BI to guide assortment and lifecycle decisions.

You will build dashboards, report on launches, and deliver executive-ready insights, using Power BI, Excel, and AI-assisted tools to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product planning, analytics, or consumer product analytics.
• Strong experience with POS data, sell-through, inventory KPIs and product lifecycle.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills and Power BI dashboard development.
• Experience with AI-assisted analytics and automation tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze POS, sell-through, inventory, and retail performance data across accounts and SKUs.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for planning, replenishment, and lifecycle decisions.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and related tools.
• Apply DAX and data modeling to improve reporting speed and accuracy.
• Provide early reads on launches and performance versus forecast and benchmarks.
• Collaborate with Product Planning, Sales, Demand Planning, Finance, and BI.
• Prepare executive-ready summaries and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Streamline reporting processes and automate recurring analyses where possible.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to support analysis and workflow efficiency.
