Job summary

The incumbent will supervise, coach, and evaluate Pharmacy staff, coordinate inpatient and outpatient needs, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the Retail Pharmacy department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• Registered Pharmacist license required.
• 1 year of relevant experience required.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Medication order approval and distribution.
• Ensure appropriate dose, route, frequency and duration.
• Review patient profiles for interactions and allergies.
• Conduct patient counseling and disease state management.
• Coordinate patients' pharmaceutical needs with physicians and nurses.
