Aramark is seeking a Retail Manager to oversee operations of the assigned retail location, ensuring efficient operations in line with policies, procedures, and client contracts. The Manager coordinates guest services to create a positive impression and oversees store merchandising and inventory.

Formación

• Requires 2-4 years of experience in retail management or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related field.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Ability to work a flexible, event-based schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Strong organizational skills.
• P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard service mode.

Responsabilidades

• Inventory management, warehouse management, receiving, ticketing, and distribution.
• Collaborate with HR to hire staff, ensure staffing for events or store, and stay within payroll budget.
• Develop and train customer service programs and product knowledge.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures, including cash, credit card accountability and security.
• Address and resolve customer issues.
• Verify accountability reports of financial transactions including sales and transfers.
• Lead periodic physical inventories and count discrepancies.
• Maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial relationships.
