Job summary

Pacvue is seeking a results-driven client services leader to own and grow key client relationships across retail media platforms. You will develop strategic growth plans, manage budgets, and deliver insights through regular reporting to optimize advertising performance.

The role emphasizes deep data analysis, cross-team collaboration, and presenting action plans to senior leadership. Remote-friendly US-based position with flexible PTO and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in eCommerce account management or related roles.
• Experience building and managing client relationships to drive growth.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans with clients.

Responsibilities

• Fully own client relationships, delivering results against objectives.
• Develop strategic growth plans and obtain client alignment.
• Measure strategy efficacy with regular KPI reporting and audits.
• Create retail media plans and annual marketing calendars.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and competitive analysis.
• Communicate progress with Pacvue and client teams.
