Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Senior Retail Implementation & Delivery Lead to drive complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This remote role requires 30%+ travel across the US and Canada, with preference for US East Coast locations.

You will lead end-to-end retail software implementations, manage multi-project plans, and translate fashion retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail (planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment or inventory optimisation).
• A proven track record of personally delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Strong delivery judgment, customer presence and the ability to move complex projects forward without a large team.
• Experience managing competing priorities across multiple projects and ongoing customer relationships.
• Comfort in a senior individual contributor role and traveling regularly.
