Job summary

The Royal Group Marlton is seeking a Manager of Retail Estimating and Value Engineering to lead the estimating and VE function for Temporary and Semi-Permanent Retail Displays. You will own cost validation, PCF development, and market-competitive pricing across the TRG network, collaborating with engineering, operations, and marketing to ensure feasible, on-time results.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10+ years in estimating/VE within retail displays, strong cost-modeling skills, and proven

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
7–10+ years direct estimating or value-engineering experience in retail displays.
Direct retail display experience required; packaging-only estimating not eligible.
Experience building cost models and pricing strategies in manufacturing or display environments.
Proven ability to lead through influence across multiple plants and P&L owners.

Responsibilities

Lead estimating for Qualified Temporary and Semi-Permanent Retail Display opportunities across TRG.
Own complete cost development including materials, tooling, labor, and freight.
Develop and recommend pricing and quantity strategies while preserving leadership's final authority.
Establish and enforce intake standards and ensure accurate, complete requests.
