Under the Creative Director, you will translate consumer insights into production-ready designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure feasible, cost-efficient, scalable solutions and impactful presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in design fields.
• Strong retail environment and display design portfolio.
• Proven ability to take projects from concept through production.

• Understanding of retail fixtures, shopper journeys, and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Develop breakthrough creative concepts for permanent and temporary displays and environments.
• Translate insights into innovative design solutions that engage shoppers.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools and 3D visualization to accelerate concept development.
• Produce production-ready assets and compelling renderings for presentation.
• Collaborate with Creative Director, clients, sales, engineers, estimators, and manufacturing.
