Job summary

Essor Retail is seeking a Sr. Sales Associate to power our retail growth engine through demand planning, sales operations, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with vendors, retailers, and internal teams.

You will drive orders, forecasts, and retail execution across partners, ensuring strong in-stock positions and optimal promotions. The ideal candidate is analytically strong, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable interfacing with vendors and retailers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, CPG, sales operations, demand planning, or analytics.
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and forecasting tools.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Demand Planning & Forecasting: analyze forecasts to support order accuracy and inventory health.
• Sales Order Management: review orders, monitor shipments, resolve discrepancies.
• Sales Analysis & Reporting: build weekly/monthly performance reports and insights.
• Vendor & Customer Collaboration: build relationships to align on promotions and launches.
• Promotional & Retail Execution Support: support trade promotions and product visibility.
• Technology & Automation: pursue AI/data automation; SQL knowledge is a plus.
