Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive field supervision experience in commercial construction.
• Experience supporting mission critical, data center or similar projects required.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, drawings, specifications, and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and coordination of all on-site construction activities.
• Supervise all subcontractor work to minimize punch list items.
• Conduct and lead regular subcontractor coordination meetings to resolve conflicts.
