Job summary

A leading commercial construction company in Dallas seeks a Superintendent to manage day-to-day operations on construction sites. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, particularly in Education, Healthcare, or Municipal projects, and a proactive approach to problem solving. Responsibilities include supervising subcontractors, ensuring safety on-site, and completing daily reporting. Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor.
• Experience on Education, Healthcare and Municipal projects are a plus.
• Experience with Procore is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operations on the construction site.
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage materials and equipment.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety on the job site.
• Generate and describe Requests for Information (RFI).
• Complete detailed daily reports documenting project status.
