Job summary

Realty Income Corporation seeks a Senior Analyst, Retail Asset Management and Leasing to support portfolio strategy and transaction execution across retail properties and client relationships.

The role evaluates renewals, amendments, assignments, subleases, and ancillary revenue opportunities. It requires strong analytical judgment, disciplined execution, and communication with senior and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in commercial real estate asset management, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, development, investment analysis, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, economics, accounting, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience building or reviewing real estate financial models.
• Proficiency in cash-flow analysis, valuation, NPV, IRR, lease economics, and sensitivity analysis.
• Ability to analyze financial statements, client credit, lease economics, property information, market data, and transaction alternatives.
• Experience preparing clear written recommendations, presentations, and financial exhibits for decisions.
• Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint/Word skills.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and document issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze properties, leases, client performance, store-level profitability, credit considerations, market conditions, and portfolio factors to guide value-enhancing strategies.
• Evaluate lease renewals, assignments, subleases, amendments, and capital requests.
• Conduct property, market, and competitive research for renewal, releasing, repositioning, and disposition options.
• Build and maintain financial models; perform cash-flow, NPV, IRR, lease economics, valuation, and sensitivity analyses.
• Document assumptions, methodologies, data sources, risks, and opportunities clearly.
