Job summary

Realty Income Corporation seeks a Senior Analyst, Retail Asset Management and Leasing to support portfolio strategy and transaction execution across retail properties. You will evaluate renewals, subleases, and capital requests while preparing financial exhibits for leadership reviews.

This role requires strong analytical judgment, disciplined execution, and clear communication with cross-functional partners across Legal, Finance, and Asset Management. Hybrid in San Diego with some remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience building or reviewing real estate financial models.
• Ability to analyze financial statements, leases, and market data.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze properties, leases, client performance, store profitability, and market factors to guide strategy.
• Evaluate renewals, assignments, subleases, amendments, and other lease changes.
• Build and maintain financial models with cash flow, NPV, and IRR analyses.
