Qualifications

• 12+ years of semiconductor industry experience focusing on RET, OPC, or lithography.
• Hands‑on experience applying RET/OPC methodologies.
• Strong understanding of EUV lithography fundamentals including optics and diffraction.

Responsibilities

• Drive sophisticated projects related to mask development and lithography optimization.
• Develop and implement RET and OPC solutions to improve semiconductor yield.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide technical direction within teams.
