Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Senior Member of Technical Staff for the Advanced Mask Development team. You will lead RET and OPC projects, optimize lithography for high‑fidelity wafer patterning, and guide strategic technology directions in R&D and high‑volume manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 12+ years in RET/OPC, lithography or mask development.
• Hands-on RET/OPC methodologies to improve patterning.
• Strong understanding of EUV lithography fundamentals including optics, diffraction, resist behavior.

Responsibilities

• Lead RET/OPC solution development to improve pattern fidelity and yield.
• Collaborate across R&D and manufacturing to drive tapeout improvements.
• Mentor engineers and guide new capabilities.
• Analyze patterning issues and implement corrective actions.
