Qualifications

• 3rd–6th year associate with experience at a major law firm.
• Experience representing creditors, particularly secured creditors.
• Exposure to both restructuring litigation and transactional work.

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex financial restructuring and bankruptcy matters.
• Represent secured creditors in in-court and out-of-court restructurings.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and restructuring-related documentation.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
