Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a Senior Specialist in the Restricted Stock Service to support Rule 144 and 10b5-1 trading plans for clients including executives and insiders. You will handle inbound calls, coordinate with issuer counsel, administer trading plans, exercise affiliate stock options, and ensure regulatory filings and timely delivery.

This role requires Series 7 & 63 and 3–5 years of client-facing and financial experience with opportunity for bonus.

Qualifications

• Series 7 & 63 or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of client facing or phone experience.
• 2-4 years financial experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound client calls regarding Rule 144 sales and compliance.
• Coordinate with issuer's counsel and transfer agents on the client's behalf.
• Administering 10b5-1 trading plans for corporate insiders.
• Exercise affiliate stock options.
