Morgan Stanley seeks a Restricted Securities Associate within Executive Financial Services (EFS) to support complex restricted trades and related SEC filings. This role involves collaborating with internal partners to deliver accurate services including Rule 144, 10b5-1 plans, and related guidance.

The ideal candidate will bring 2–5 years in financial sales or service, strong Excel and data analysis skills, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in financial sales/service with proven results.
• Education or training equivalent to a bachelor’s degree.
• Fundamental knowledge of brokerage business.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team to resolve issues.
• Excellent Excel and data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Review service requests, verify information, approve/deny based on criteria.
• Coordinate with EFS partners to process service requests.
• Follow up on branch inquiries and advise on documentation.
• Monitor account activity daily.
• Maintain records and ensure data accuracy.
• Generate and analyze reports as needed.
• Propose solutions to resolve complex inquiries with the team.
