BMS CAT is seeking a Senior Project Director in Orlando, FL to drive revenue growth, manage projects, and lead teams in disaster restoration and reconstruction. This hands-on leadership role requires selling, estimating, writing scopes, and delivering high-quality execution across service lines.

The role involves building strong client relationships, overseeing project profitability, and guiding field and office staff in a fast-paced recovery environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in disaster restoration, reconstruction, or a similar leadership role.
• Proven ability to sell, estimate, write scopes, manage projects, and lead teams.
• Understanding of mitigation, reconstruction, estimating, project management, and client relationship management.
• Analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, estimating platforms, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare, and execute a customer-focused growth and operational plan
• Sell restoration and reconstruction services across assigned service lines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, adjusters, consultants, property managers, commercial clients, and referral partners
• Prospect new opportunities and set appointments
• Prepare estimates, scopes, budgets, and proposals for mitigation, restoration, and reconstruction projects
• Close point-of-sale opportunities when needed
• Oversee assigned or sold projects from initial opportunity through completion
• Manage day-to-day project execution, profitability, documentation, communication, and client satisfaction
