PuroClean of South Chesapeake is seeking a Lead Restoration Technician to run efficient, profitable remediation jobs on local Hampton Roads projects. You will lead crews, maintain strong documentation, and communicate with customers to ensure quality results.

This full-time role offers a guaranteed base pay of $26/hour with performance bonuses, overtime, ongoing training, certifications, and long-term advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restoration projects or crews.
• Strong communication, documentation, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments and crawlspaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead mitigation and remediation projects.
• Direct and work alongside technicians.
• Perform extraction, demolition, cleaning, drying, and microbial remediation.
• Establish containment and environmental controls.
• Set and monitor drying and air-filtration equipment.
• Maintain moisture readings, logs, notes, equipment records, and photos.
• Communicate with customers and the office.
• Identify scope changes before proceeding.
• Maintain vehicles, equipment, and job sites.
• Help train newer technicians.
• Participate in emergency and after-hours response.
