Job summary
Stantec’s Environmental Services in the Mountain Region seeks a Senior Restoration Engineer based in Denver or Colorado Springs. The role leads ecological restoration projects, coordinating teams of engineers, botanists, wildlife biologists, and planners to deliver habitat restoration from concept through construction.

Qualifications
- At least 15 years of experience in ecological restoration projects.
- Experience leading planning, design and construction oversight of complex restoration work.
- Strong communication with clients, regulators, and teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, design, and oversight of ecosystem restoration projects.
- Prepare technical reports with narratives, analyses, exhibits, and recommendations.
- Coordinate dam removal, fish passage, and AOP planning and monitoring.
- Interact with regulators and clients to address concerns and requirements.
- Mentor junior staff and provide technical direction.
- Lead business development activities, including proposals and client relationships.
