Job summary

LVI Associates in New York, USA seeks an experienced Building Envelope Consultant to lead restoration, façade rehabilitation, and adaptive reuse projects. You will oversee planning, design development, and coordination with clients and project teams, ensuring compliance with NYC regulations and safe field practice.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in restoration or historic preservation, strong CAD skills (AutoCAD; Revit a plus), and proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in restoration, façade repair, building envelope, adaptive reuse, or historic preservation
• Background in Architecture or Engineering
• Strong construction administration and field inspection experience
• Experience preparing construction documents and technical reports
• Familiarity with NYC regulations, DOB filings, LPC approvals, and existing buildings work
• Comfortable working on scaffolds and conducting site observations

Salary: USD120000 - USD160000 per annum + 4.01k, dental and health care, PTO

I'm working with a well-established consulting firm that specializes in building restoration, façade rehabilitation, historic preservation, and adaptive reuse projects across NYC.

They're looking for an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead restoration and alteration projects from initial planning through construction, while managing client relationships, project teams, budgets, and schedules.

What they're looking for:5+ years of experience in restoration, façade repair, building envelope, adaptive reuse, or historic preservation projects

• Background in Architecture or Engineering
• Strong construction administration and field inspection experience
• Experience preparing construction documents, technical reports, and coordinating projects through construction
