Toppers Pizza UNCC is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, ensure food safety, and manage a team of Team Members. You’ll oversee inventory, scheduling, and guest experience while upholding Topper’s mission and core values.

The role emphasizes leadership, financial accountability, and maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced setting. Applicants should be capable of lifting, enduring long shifts, and working both indoors and outdoors as required.

Formación

• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• 18+ years old.
• 2 years restaurant/retail management or MIT program.
• ServSafe certified and will uphold all ServSafe guidelines.
• Reliable transportation.
• Background check.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to company standards to increase sales and minimize costs across food, beverage, supplies, utilities, and labor.
• Perform all financial and payroll related administrative duties accurately and on time.
• Enforce sanitary practices and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with laws, company policies and product quality standards.
• Lead shifts, schedule staff, and uphold service standards.
• Resolve guest complaints through BLAST and uphold guest satisfaction.
• Develop local store marketing while maintaining brand standards.
• Ensure building and equipment are maintained and safe.
