Job summary

Krystal Restaurants LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a team in delivering WOW service and memorable guest experiences. You will develop people, champion the Krystal brand, and drive business planning and operations to meet financial goals, while maintaining a safe, clean and high-energy restaurant environment.

You will lead by example, set performance expectations, and coach staff across shifts to ensure consistent quality and guest satisfaction across the Krystal brand.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years management experience.
• Excellent people leadership and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates a great energy in the restaurant and sets the team up for success.
• Communicates effectively and engages the team in regular huddles.
• Coaches and motivates the Shift Leaders, Assistant Managers and the team.
• Recruits and develops top grade talent.
• Maintains the balance between providing a high quality employee and guest experience, and achieving financial goals.
• Develops sales forecast and creates schedules to ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness will be met.
