The Optimist Nashville, part of Rocket Farm Restaurants, seeks a General Manager to captain our ship. You will lead all restaurant operations, manage reservations, seating, and menu changes while hiring, training and developing staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This role requires a minimum of 10 years in restaurant operations, with at least five in senior management; DOE salary range is $85,000 to $120,000 per year plus a generous quarterly bonus, and a comprehensive benefits

• 10+ years in restaurant operations, 5+ years in senior management
• Strong leadership and staff development skills
