Responsibilities

• Direct the work of the management team including setting schedules.
• Manage performance of the management team including evaluations and coaching.
• Review applications, interview, and hire management and hourly employees.
• Provide oversight over food, labor, and liquor costs.
• Maintain cleanliness and enforce security measures in the restaurant.
