Job summary

Onvo is seeking an experienced restaurant technician to manage multiple facilities across our stores, kitchens and restaurants. You will safely maintain and repair a variety of equipment, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and respond to emergencies as required.

Responsibilities include scheduling repairs, maintaining records of parts and service, and assisting with projects to reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• Experience with maintenance of kitchen equipment and facilities.
• Ability to read technical manuals, procedures, and regulations.
• Ability to apply mathematical concepts in everyday tasks.
• Ability to solve practical problems
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Ability to pass drug and background screening
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good time and project management abilities

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment safely and promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections.
• Respond to emergencies, including after hours and weekends.
• Schedule repairs and manage work orders and parts inventory.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts, and costs.
