Required: Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences, 2 years of clinical experience, and active Georgia licensure as an RRT with BCLS and PALS; ACLS required or ALS substituted. On-site position in Newnan, GA.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences required.
• 2 years of clinical experience in respiratory therapy.
• RRT with NBRC licensure in Georgia; BCLS, PALS required; ACLS required (ACLS can substitute for ALS).

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift activities and act as the on-shift expert.
• Provide daily staffing support and allocate assignments.
• Support preceptor tasks and clinical workload.
• Promote a safe, efficient, collaborative team environment and high patient safety standards.
