Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences required.
• 2 years clinical experience in Respiratory Therapy.
• RRT licensure by NBRC; current Georgia state licensure upon hire.
• ACLS/ALS accepted in place of ACLS; BCLS and PALS required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift activities and act as expert during assigned shift.
• Provide staffing support and resources for daily operations.
• Support preceptor tasks and patient care workload.
• Model a collaborative, efficient team environment with staff and physicians to ensure patient safety.
