Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in Critical Care, Pediatric, or Neonatal.
• Current active license by the State of Connecticut as a Respiratory Care Practitioner.
• Registration by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient's pulmonary status effectively.
• Records care accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Provides clear and effective communication with team members.
• Maintains clinical competency through continuing education.
• Monitors and adjusts ECMO circuit settings to ensure optimal patient care.
