University of Maryland Medical System Corporation is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner II to deliver specialized respiratory care at night in Towson, MD. You will operate ventilators, administer therapies per protocol or LIP order, monitor responses, and collaborate with the care team to optimize patient outcomes.

The role requires an Associate's Degree or legacy certificate and active Maryland RCP licensure with NBRC credentialing as an RRT; BLS is required.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate's Degree or legacy certificate in Respiratory Care.
• Must hold Maryland licensure as Respiratory Care practitioner or be actively pursuing licensure.
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentialing is required.

Responsabilités

• Manages an assigned caseload and responds to emergent patient needs.
• Performs respiratory care treatments for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients per protocol or LIP order.
• Operates invasive and non-invasive ventilation and adjusts settings as needed.
• Documents care activities in electronic health records and participates in quality initiatives.
