Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a Senior Supervisory Investigator Respectful Workplace to lead strategy and execution of internal compliance investigations, overseeing a US-based team handling matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other labor issues, in partnership with Legal, Compliance, HR and stakeholders.

You will manage a high-volume caseload, ensure prompt, thorough and objective investigations, review reports, brief senior leadership, and guide corrective actions while

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, or equivalent combination, with progressive responsibility in compliance, law, audit, quality, HR or related field.
• Experience conducting investigations and managing investigative teams.
• Executive communication and ability to interface with senior leaders across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team of US-based compliance investigators focused on Respectful Workplace concerns
• Ensure investigations are prompt, thorough, and objective into alleged violations of law or policy
• Provide leadership, supervision, training and guidance to Compliance investigators
• Review and approve reports of investigation
• Provide oral briefings to senior leadership and functional owners on cases
• Draft reports to ensure investigations are clearly and properly documented
• Maintain client relationships and provide evidence-based conclusions and recommendations
• Oversee corrective action management and management reporting on analytics, trends, and insights
