Job summary

You will drive end-to-end resourcing—demand, supply and capacity—ensuring accurate data and trusted reporting across portfolios. You will partner with TAUs, BUs, Finance and Digital teams to standardize planning practices, lead governance discussions, and build analytics into routine planning for portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science, business or related field.
• Advanced degree in health, business or information technology services preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of industry experience in drug development project management, resource management or portfolio planning.
• PMP desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the functional design, configuration and lifecycle maintenance of the Planisware resource management modules.
• Lead end-to-end integrated resourcing process (demand, supply, capacity).
• Maintain data integrity across Planisware, project schedules, HR and finance data sources.
• Govern portfolio capacity views and analyses for governance forums and leadership.
• Provide strategic oversight and decision-support for resource planning and governance.
