Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the community including inspections and maintenance of homes and common spaces.
• Supervise and delegate work to maintenance staff; ensure timely and quality service requests.
• Perform preventive maintenance and record findings; monitor mechanical equipment (water heaters, HVAC, etc.).
• Receive and distribute work orders; provide on-call emergency services as needed.
• Assist with annual property budget related to maintenance and capital expenditures.
• Ensure safe work practices and compliance with company standards.
• Represent the company professionally at all times; support resident events and capital projects.
