Job summary

You will lead a team, plan preventive maintenance, manage capital projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with Rooms, Food & Beverage, Events, and Wellness teams to deliver guest satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of hotel/resort engineering with supervisory experience.
• Experience managing maintenance across multiple buildings or a large campus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering and maintenance across a multi-building campus.
• Develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Supervise and train engineering staff; ensure proper coverage.
• Coordinate inspections and regulatory compliance, including life-safety.
• Manage capital projects and renovations with leadership.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and vendor relations.
