Qualifications

  • At least six years of verifiable related experience (or post-secondary degree as alternative on year-for-year basis).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and ArcGIS desktop and mobile applications.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Skilled in methods of collecting, compiling, organizing, and analyzing data.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking for planning and infrastructure problems.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance for planning, funding, permitting, and monitoring of resilience adaptation projects.
  • Grant management and project technical reviews.
  • Evaluation of applications and coordination with state and federal agencies to improve coastal and inland flood resilience.
