Job summary

Rite of Passage is hiring a Residential Leader for Uta Halee Academy in Omaha, NE. You will oversee safety, care, and 24/7 supervision of students, coordinating Senior Coach Counselors and Night Coach Counselors to meet program expectations.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a human-services field and at least 2 years working with at-risk youth, plus willingness to pass background checks and a drug screen. The role offers full-time hours and a growth-focused mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field as listed in the job requirements.
• At least 2 years of experience working directly with at-risk youth in a residential home, juvenile detention, or treatment facility setting.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
• Able to pass a search of the Child Abuse Central Registry.
• Have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for safety, care, and 24/7 supervision of students through the team of counselors.
• Direct staff and students to meet service expectations; participate in evaluating performance and disciplinary decisions.
• Provide direct care hours to at-risk youth and create a supportive environment addressing their needs.
