Job summary

PWCampbell is seeking a local Residential Superintendent for its high-end custom home division, Phillip Wentzel Custom Homes. The role requires strong construction mindset, organization, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, safety reporting, coordinating with the Project Manager to implement schedules, manage subcontractors, review drawings, and ensure quality from start to finish. Local travel required.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience as a Superintendent in residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of design-build scheduling, permitting, budgets, safety and reporting.
• Experience across all stages of building construction.
• Excellent client relations and clear written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Manage daily paperwork and filing of reports.
• Submit daily safety reports and field observation summaries.
• Capture site photos and maintain personnel logs for safety/quality.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager to implement schedule and procure materials.
• Assign subcontractors and verify scope of work.
• Review drawings and oversee subcontractor work.
• Assist in project layout and closeout tasks.
• Develop and update look-ahead schedule biweekly.
• Inspect material orders for quality and quantity.
