Brinks Home is seeking a Lead Alarm & Certified Security Professional to design and install advanced alarm systems for residential customers. You will manage on-site installations, ensure high-quality workmanship, and work with our care team to meet client expectations.

The role requires substantial field experience, strong problem-solving, and strict safety practices, with readiness to work in multi-level homes and tight spaces. A valid license and excellent customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential alarm installation experience.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness to climb ladders and work in tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Design and install alarm systems at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot technical problems on-site and remotely when needed.
• Replace/install system components per project requirements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and documentation for each job.
• Ensure proper testing and signal verification for service readiness.
• Identify opportunities to improve system functionality for customers.
