Job summary

Brinks Home is seeking a Lead Alarm & Certified Security Professional in Phoenix to design and install custom home security systems, perform walkthroughs, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will work with our care team to meet customer needs and provide expert technical guidance on residential installations.

Requirements include 5+ years in residential alarm installs, a clean driving record, and strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Qualifications

5+ years of industry experience in residential alarm installations.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results.
High school diploma or GED.
Good driving record and valid driver’s license.
Excellent customer service skills.
Willing to climb ladders and work at heights.
Able to work in tight spaces such as crawlspaces, attics and basements.

Responsibilities

Experience with alarm panels and systems installations and troubleshooting.
Install, replace and upgrade system components as assigned.
Design systems and conduct walkthroughs at customer sites.
Maintain inventory and ensure proper record-keeping per job.
Install and test equipment to verify functionality and signal verification for service.
Suggest improvements to enhance system usability for customers.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized worksite and vehicle.
