Job summary

Brinks Home is seeking a determined Lead Alarm & Certified Security Professional to join a team dedicated to exceptional customer service and high-quality residential security installations. You will conduct site walk-throughs, design robust systems, install with precision, and collaborate with the care team to meet all customer needs while adhering to regulations.

The role emphasizes hands-on installation expertise and exemplary customer interactions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential alarm installation experience.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results.
• Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus.
• HS Diploma or GED.
• Good driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of how an alarm system operates.
• Must be ok with climbing ladders and working at heights.
• Must be ok working in tight spaces such as crawlspaces, attics and basements.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites to perform walkthroughs and design alarm systems with tech enhancements.
• Install, replace and test system components and service as assigned.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and ensure proper functionality and signal verification.
• Maintain inventory records and document transactions job to job.
• Identify opportunities to improve system usage and provide recommendations.
• Maintain safety practices and a clean, organized workspace and vehicle.
