Job summary

First Choice in New Jersey is seeking a Plumbing Install Technician to install, replace, and maintain residential plumbing systems including toilets, faucets, and water heaters, and to perform soldering tasks.

You will test for safety and code compliance, handle repairs, and communicate clearly with homeowners. Service Titan experience is a plus as you support scheduling and job updates while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1-5+ years of residential plumbing installation experience.
• Solid understanding of standard plumbing practices, soldering, and repairs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, replace, and maintain residential plumbing systems and fixtures including toilets, faucets, water heaters, and perform soldering tasks.
• Ensure safety, water quality, and code compliance through thorough inspection and testing.
• Perform common repairs and resolve issues found during inspections or service calls.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions with professionalism.
• Respond to customer needs and provide accurate estimates for installations and repairs.
• Assist with scheduling, job management, and customer updates using Service Titan.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and local plumbing codes.
