Job summary

InVision is seeking a Senior Maintenance Staff member to oversee residential and commercial site maintenance, guide the maintenance team, and coordinate with the Facilities Supervisor on projects and tickets.

The role requires five years of maintenance experience, strong communication, and the ability to perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks while ensuring safety standards.

Qualifications

• Five years' experience in residential or commercial facilities maintenance.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and computer proficiency with Microsoft Outlook (email) are required.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance and support to maintenance staff; reviews work for quality and completeness.
• Leads residential repair/adaptation projects; coordinates with contractors for quality control.
• Oversees contracted services to ensure compliance with service agreements and quality.
• Coordinates with Facilities Supervisor to track help desk tickets and service levels.
• Promotes workplace safety and notes equipment needs or safety concerns to supervisor.
• Performs routine skilled maintenance (carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC) and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborates with facilities and residential teams to assess licensing requirements for homes.
