Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in residential land development project management.
• Strong knowledge of land entitlement processes, zoning, and municipal approvals.
• Experience coordinating consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent budgeting, scheduling, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee land development projects from due diligence through completion.
• Lead entitlement efforts including zoning, annexation, and permitting.
• Coordinate with civil engineers, surveyors, architects, and utilities.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and development timelines.
• Prepare and track consultant contracts and expenditures.
• Represent the company at municipal meetings and planning commissions.
• Review engineering plans and construction documents.
• Monitor permitting to maintain project schedules.
• Identify risks and develop cost-saving solutions.
• Collaborate with acquisition, construction, and sales teams.
